Managing Your Time
Let us get this clear from the beginning, time management is self-management. Time is set, we all have the same twenty-four hours in a day. What separates the effective from the ineffective is the way we manage ourselves, we control what we produce. For instance, under the area of self-care we have exercise, healthy eating, and getting the proper amount of sleep. Would you agree that it is up to the individual to make a conscientious decision to make this happen? Finding the right system for you makes this achievable. Muhammad Ali put it this way, “Don’t count the days make the day count.” Many great leaders are effective when it comes to self-management, which equates to time management. I intend to give you a strategy to implement for your business and personal life that will help you foster an awareness of who you are willing to become in your model of greatness.
